Specifications

The newest
park
in the group.

Thirteen warehouses in Cotia/SP, built from the ground up by the group itself. The builder manages the property after delivery. And keeps answering the phone once the operation is running.

The technical spec is the same as Múltiplo 1 and Múltiplo 3, parks already in operation. The final area of each module is settled with the builder over the course of the works: whoever joins the priority list chooses before the spec becomes a table.

What is already defined

  • Warehouses 13
  • Docks own frontage per unit, as in Múltiplo 1 and Múltiplo 3
  • Maneuvering yard shared by the thirteen warehouses, with a single access and gatehouse
  • Management whoever builds is who manages after delivery
  • Status under construction

Full specifications on request. Module area and ceiling height are still being closed with the builder.

Construction log

Four stages
to the key.

Come back whenever you like: on each visit, this page shows what has left the drawing board and states plainly what has not been photographed yet.

  1. 01 Stage complete

    Earthworks

The site left the drawing board: level platform, drainage and access roads open to receive the foundations of the thirteen warehouses.

Stage finished before the monthly aerial record began. No photo of our own, the fact stands.

  2. 02 Stage complete

    Foundations

Footing blocks, ground beams and the driving of the columns. The base that will carry decades of operation is already in place. And it disappears under the floor as soon as the structure goes up.

Buried stage: on today's site there is nothing left of it to photograph.

  3. 03 Stage in progress

    Structure and roof

The work is here right now.

Precast panels closing the modules warehouse by warehouse, with the yard still unpaved and the machinery in position. It is the only stage with an aerial record this month.

  4. 04 Stage planned

    Docks and finishing

The stage that dresses the warehouse: docks, floor and the finishes that deliver the Múltiplo standard ready to load trucks on day one.

Dock at Múltiplo Tamboré with a yellow-and-black marked platform, leveler and blue metal cladding
Docks at a park already delivered: reference for the standard, not a record of Múltiplo 4

03/ 04 · stage in progress Earthworks and foundations completed; structure and roofing under way; docks and finishing scheduled for the final cycle. Monthly photos provided by the builder. Delivery scheduled: December 2026.

Site plan

Thirteen modules,
a single address.

The site plan repeats the logic that names the brand: neighboring warehouses, each with its own dock frontage, and a shared yard. Adjacent modules combine as the operation requires and separate again when it changes size.

One gatehouse, one yard, one counterpart. The group builds to keep the property in its portfolio, not to resell. That is why the contract can be long and the conversation short.

Availability

No sign on the door yet.
Already a conversation.

Múltiplo 4 is not on the leasing market: it is under construction. Whoever joins the priority list sees modules and floor plans before the market does. No contract, no commitment, no price on the table.

  • Priority in choosing modules when leasing opens.
  • Construction progress straight from the builder, with no noise along the way.
  • A conversation with the decision maker: the owner answers the phone.
  • Power and module layout adjusted before signing.
