In a Triple A building, the group is part of an investor pool through which the WeWork operation, among others, was structured: the investment was incorporated into the lease, and the occupant moved in ready to operate.

3,942 m² of floor plates in a Triple A building in Alphaville: 22 floors, a double-height lobby, a helipad with a dedicated lift, 12 lifts, central air conditioning and a generator.
